SALOWIN Knot Zoom is used to connect an authorized Zoom account to Knot and create Zoom meeting links for booking pages configured to use Zoom.
We store Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens in AWS Secrets Manager. We also store generated Zoom meeting URLs and meeting metadata with booking records. We do not access or store Zoom recordings, chat messages, or participant content.
Data is used only to create Zoom meetings for authorized users and to display the generated meeting URL in Knot booking information.
OAuth tokens are stored in AWS Secrets Manager. Access is limited to the backend API execution role. Communications use HTTPS.
Users can remove the app from their Zoom account installed apps page. Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
